Terms & Conditions

Crystal Vis will aim to supply you with gear as quickly as possible.  For most 'standard' items used for UK or bluewater spearfishing we aim to supply you within 7 days.

For unusual or bespoke items there can be a delay of up to 28 days due to the need to source components and carry out work.

We accept payment via Paypal as our preferred method. You can also pay with all major credit and debit cards through the our checkout process.

We do not charge extra for P+P for UK orders.

Please note that shipping outside of the UK is not free. Please contact us before purchasing to arrange a quote.
