Meet Crystal Vis Team

Formed in 2011, Crystal Vis is a new spearfishing company - however, we draw on many years of combined expertise. We've all done it the hard way and are happy to share our secrets so you don't have to! Our profiles will let you get to know us a little bit better.

Hannah Naylor
Hannah is the face of Crystal Vis. We love working with Hannah as she is able to make the most random bits of kit appear interesting. Hannah is new to spearfishing, and having had a detailed theoretical background in the sport, is looking forward to an active hunting shoot off Portland in October. Being a crack shot with Nerf guns, we have little doubt that Hannah will land some quality fish this year.

Dr Titus Bradley
Titus currently holds the British Record for gilthead bream and has extensive experience in the most hardcore conditions the UK has to offer; Portland Race. Titus is a veteran bluewater hunter and has landed numerous monster tuna to 250lbs, an array of massive wahoo, and even a huge blue marlin. If you are ordering top end bluewater gear, Titus is likely to be involved in your order and is always happy to share advice and tips, having successfully hunted open water gamefish in the USA, Azores and Ascension Island for over a decade. Titus brings years of medical and commercial experience to the business, and has a track record of expanding large scale ventures across the UK. Titus is our Commercial Director.

Colin Chester
Colin is a famous and highly regarded South African spearfisherman and member of the British Spearfishing Team. Having featured on Extreme Fishing with Robson Green, Colin is our Crystal Vis celebrity! He has experience with pretty much every kind of fish, both in the UK and abroad. Colin competes in the UK nationals where he consistently performs very well. Colin also organises the Ascension Island spearfishing trips and has more than his fair share of shark stories which he is always happy to share after a few beers! Crystal Vis is the official gear supplier to Ascension.

Lucy Bradley
Lucy is our interface with the Dive Factory in South Africa, organising the best deals and bespoke orders for our customers. Negotiating your gear exactly as you want it from such a distance takes tenacity and a comprehensive understanding of the sport. Lucy is a keen rod and line fisherwoman who has plenty of experience catching cod and bream off Portland. Further afield she has landed wahoo, dorado, king mackerel and tuna. Lucy has been involved with spearfishing trips for over 10 years and has a full understanding of the species we target and of the gear required to catch them. Lucy is our CEO.

Clive Thomas
Clive has over 30 years of spearfishing experience off the UK coast, having picked up the bug from his father Terry Thomas, (British Spearfishing Champion 1964 and 1969), so has a vast amount of experience to draw from. When not working, Clive is often to be found spearfishing off Portland for bream, bass, pollack and plaice. Clive regularly competes in the UK national competitions and is actively involved with the British Spearfishing Association (BSA). Clive also has experience of blue water spearfishing in the Azores and grouper spearfishing in the Mediterranean. Clive is our Business Development Executive.

Tony Eynon
Tony is a hardened bluewater hunter with a stunning array of pictures and stories to his name. Tony's shark to dive ratio is about 1:1 as he seems to be a magnet for the toothy critters, including the close attention of an 18 foot Tiger Shark. Tony exclusively uses Rob Allen gear following his experiences and is able to advise on the most demanding gear for the most demanding situations. Tony brings next generation marketing expertise to the team and is our Marketing Director.

David Thomas
